Founder rooms
Some collaborations begin in meeting rooms. Others begin during dinners, travel, or unexpected conversations.

Venture Architect | Human-Centered Technologist | Ecosystem Builder
I help ideas, people, and organizations grow in fast-changing environments by connecting founders, investors, institutions, and unconventional collaborators around work that can actually move.
Who I Am
A practical bridge between founders, capital, institutions, creative operators, and technology teams.

Rotterdam / The Hague / Cross-border
For more than a decade, I have been working across startups, venture ecosystems, NGOs, educational initiatives, and international partnerships, helping ideas, people, and organizations grow in chaotic and fast-changing environments.
As a managing partner of InspireXchange and venture architect, I focus on connecting the right people around useful opportunities: founders, investors, institutions, innovators, and unconventional collaborators.
My work sits between venture strategy, ecosystem building, human-centered innovation, and practical execution. I enjoy creating situations where long-term partnerships, trust, and shared vision become more valuable than short-term transactions.
Some collaborations begin in meeting rooms. Others begin during dinners, travel, or unexpected conversations.
I tend to work best where ideas need practical testing, better positioning, and the right people around the table.
Programs, workshops, and ecosystem formats work when they create trust, learning, and useful introductions.
Operating Philosophy
I have always approached startups through a crash-test lens: validating not only the product or market, but also whether an idea should exist in its current form at all.
Not every venture is meant to become a unicorn, and that is perfectly fine. Some ideas create far more value for ecosystems, cities, educational institutions, NGOs, or public initiatives than for traditional shareholders.
I am interested in sustainable and useful models where innovation remains human, practical, and grounded in reality.
Having lived in five countries and explored more than 65, I understand how differently people, cultures, and systems operate across borders. From localization and partnerships to scaling and communication between teams, I tend to work best where different worlds need to find a common language.
Most collaborations I take part in are long-term, trust-based, and often structured around shared upside rather than transactional consulting.
Things I Build / Explore
The work usually sits where venture strategy, ecosystem design, human-centered innovation, and cross-border execution meet.
Positioning, market clarity, investment readiness, and practical next steps.
Stress-testing ideas before teams waste time, capital, or reputation building the wrong thing.
Warm, context-aware introductions between serious founders, investors, and partners.
Responsible AI, digital humanism, and technology decisions grounded in people, context, and usefulness.
Selected Initiatives
A selection of platforms, labs, gatherings, and venture experiments connected to founders, investors, creators, and ecosystem partners.
A platform and network for connecting founders, investors, experts, and ecosystem partners around relevant opportunities.
A focused environment for investor-founder discovery, warm introductions, and honest readiness conversations.
A working space for responsible AI, venture development, and human-centered technology with founders and innovation teams.
Curated gatherings built around trust, thoughtful guests, and conversations that rarely happen on public stages.
New formats for founders, creators, investors, and operators who need signal, not another crowded room.
Practical exploration around architecture, mobility, hospitality, and human-scaled living concepts.
Projects where story, memory, creativity, and entrepreneurship meet across families, communities, and cultures.
Selective strategic work for founders and partners who need ecosystem design, introductions, positioning, and execution support.
Experiments in stakeholder-driven entrepreneurship, founder psychology, and technology that stays useful to people.
Experience / Social Proof
The work has moved through founder calls, universities, accelerators, volunteer initiatives, innovation ecosystems, speaking rooms, and partnership tables.

Ideas / Thinking
I am interested in practical questions around human-centered innovation, ethical technology, responsible AI, digital humanism, innovation leadership, and the future of entrepreneurship in Europe and beyond.
Collaborations
I collaborate with people who care about substance: builders, capital partners, creative operators, institutions, private communities, and technology teams working on real questions.
People turning uncertain ideas into companies, platforms, and long-term venture experiments.
Capital partners looking for clearer context, better founder signal, and thoughtful deal flow.
Creative operators with strong audiences, original taste, and projects that need structure.
Institutions building useful bridges between education, entrepreneurship, technology, and society.
Curated rooms, hospitality concepts, and trust-based gatherings where people can speak honestly.
Teams working with responsible AI, technology ethics, and human-centered innovation in practice.
Human Side

Some of the best moments of my life have had nothing to do with business: being a father, travelling, meeting inspiring people, and ending up in unexpected conversations far away from home.
Outside of venture projects, I enjoy swimming, city biking, yachting, long walks, and occasional light MMA training. I like movement, new environments, and people who care about something real.
I have lived in five countries and explored more than 65. A yacht trip in Sweden, an off-road route through Iceland, journeys across Central Asia, and walking tours in Jordan are still on my list.
Some collaborations start in meeting rooms. Others start during travel, dinners, random conversations, or shared curiosity about the world.
